Sounds like England’s ready for its own “Black Hole.”
A 52-year-old guy in a Raiders T-shirt stepped off a plane at the Manchester Airport last week, denuded himself and proceeded to get Tasered by local authorities.
The Manchester Evening news was all over the story, which went global, in part, because it was accompanied by a video of the incident, during which the passenger who had just exited an easyJet flight from Malta paraded around in all his tattooed pot-bellied glory and urinated on the side of a terminal building.
The gentleman’s long-suffering partner tries to calm him down after he deplanes, relieves himself of his black bikini bottoms and, with arms outstretched, demands one of the suited-up security personnel come at him as if to fight.
British news reports say the trouble started mid-air, when the man had a few too many and started acting out toward other passengers, swearing at them and shouting.
Sounds like England’s ready for the Raiders when they jet into London to play at the Wembley Stadium in 2014, as Busted Coverage pointed out (the Raiders’ shirt is visible in its photo). They already have a U.K. fan base.
